General data collection. The Recipient shall maintain such records as reasonably may be necessary to: (a) Disclose the manner in which the CMF Award provided hereunder is used; (b) Demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Act, CMF Regulations, and the Assistance Agreement; and (c) Evaluate the accomplishments of the CMF.
