General Disputes. i. In the event of a dispute unrelated to the dispute of an invoice, Grantee shall first attempt to resolve the dispute with the Grant Manager. ii. Both parties shall deal in good faith and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. iii. Grantee shall continue to meet its responsibilities and obligations under the terms of this Grant Agreement during a dispute. iv. If Grantee contests the decision made by the Grant Manager, Grantee shall submit a written “Notice of Dispute” on official letterhead, according to Subsection C below.
