Common use of General Duties of the Contractor Clause in Contracts

General Duties of the Contractor. Contractor and Covered California acknowledge and agree that Contractor’s QHPs are important to furthering the goal of Covered California with respect to delivering better care and higher value. Contractor agrees that Contractor’s QHPs submitted and certified through the annual certification process for the current Plan Year, shall be offered through Covered California to provide access to Covered Services to Covered California Enrollees in accordance with the terms and conditions required by this Agreement and as required for designation of each health insurance plan as a QHP.
