Common use of GENERAL EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS Clause in Contracts

GENERAL EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS. Except where expressly provided for herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in, and to receive the benefits under, any pension, health, life, accident and disability insurance plans or programs and any other employee benefit or fringe benefit plans that the Company makes available generally to its employees, as the same may be in effect from time to time during the Employment Term.

GENERAL EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS. Except where expressly provided for herein, the Executive Employee shall be entitled to participate in, and to receive the benefits under, any pension, health, life, accident and disability insurance plans or programs and any other employee benefit or fringe benefit plans that the Company makes available generally to its employees, as the same may be in effect from time to time during the Employment Term.
