GENERAL FOREMEN AND FOREMEN. 16.1 When 2, 3, 4, or 5 employees are employed; one shall be a Xxxxxxx and shall receive Xxxxxxx’x Wages. 16.2 When six to ten (6 to 10) employees are employed, one shall be a General Xxxxxxx, who is a member of the Union, and shall receive General Xxxxxxx’x Wages. 16.3 When more than ten (10) employees are employed, there shall be a minimum of one Xxxxxxx and one General Xxxxxxx. Additional Foremen will be employed at the discretion of the General Xxxxxxx. 16.4 The Foremen and General Foremen being Union Members shall be the only company representatives of an Employer who shall issue instructions to the workmen.
