We will notify you if we delay your availability to withdraw funds and we will tell you when the funds will be available for withdrawal no later than the seventh business day after the day of your deposit. Checks deposited through the RDC service are not subject to the funds availability requirements of Regulation CC. Checks deposited using the RDC service will generally be made available in your Deposit Account no later than six (6) business days after the day you made the deposit.
