Common use of General Group Insurance Clause in Contracts

General Group Insurance. (FAMR)1 The Centrale may also determine the provisions of the general group insurance plans (FAMR). The cost of the plans shall be borne entirely by the participants. The employees referred to in clause 5-3.01 may benefit from payroll deduction of the insurance premiums for these plans. Only paragraph K) of clause 5-3.31 shall apply to the general group insurance plans (FAMR). Each employee shall benefit, without contribution on his or her part, from an amount of life insurance equal to six thousand four hundred dollars ($6 400).
