General Information - Department Chairpersons. A. All current chairpersons will be paid for the May 2018- April 2019 term based on the 2015- 2018 CBA as follows: Department Chairpersons shall be awarded a twelve (12) month supplemental contract in the amount commensurate with experience as a Department Chairperson based on the following schedule: First 3-year term as Department Chairperson $22,500/year Second 3-year term as Department Chairperson $25,000/year Third 3-year term as Department Chairperson $27,500/year Remaining 3 year terms as Department Chairperson $30,000/year
