General Interest Accrual. Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.02(a), all payments to the Bank under this Agreement (including without limitation all payments becoming due under Sections 2.02(c), 2.02(d) and 2.02(e)) shall be accompanied by interest thereon, from the date such payments become due until they are paid in full, at a fluctuating rate per annum (computed for the actual number of days elapsed, based on a 360-day year) equal to one percent (1.0%) per annum above the Base Rate; provided that if any amount that is not paid within 10 days of the date such amount is due and payable to the Bank under this Agreement after written notice has been sent by the Bank to the Borrower, then (except as otherwise provided in Section 2.02(a)) all amounts payable pursuant to this Agreement shall thereafter bear interest at a fluctuating rate per annum (computed for the actual number of days elapsed, based on a 360-day year) equal to five percent (5.0%) per annum above the Base Rate, until all amounts due and payable pursuant to this Agreement have been paid in full.

  • Interest Accrual Each Class of Notes will accrue interest on its Note Balance for each Interest Period until the Note Balance has been paid in full at a rate per annum equal to its Note Interest Rate for that Interest Period.
