General Ledger. A General ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be maintained with accounts for all assets, liabilities, fund balances, expenditures, and revenues. Separate accounts must be maintained for the expenses and revenues of each of the CONTRACTOR’S programs (both COUNTY and non-COUNTY programs).
