General License Restrictions. In all cases, licensed users and uses are restricted to You and Your employees. Making the Product available over the Internet or similar networking technology to others who are not Your employees (“Hosting”) is expressly prohibited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Hosting that otherwise respects the limitations of the Cloud License type and usage purchased is permitted, provided that the Product is embedded in and only accessible through a user-developed application that adds significant additional functionality and does not allow the end user to formulate and solve arbitrary linear, quadratic, or quadratically-constrained programming models, in either their continuous or mixed-integer forms.
