Common use of General Management of the Titling Trust Clause in Contracts

General Management of the Titling Trust. The activities, properties and affairs of the Titling Trust will be managed by the Titling Trustee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Titling Trustee will have the power to appoint and direct agents of the Titling Trust, to grant general or limited authority to officers, employees and agents of the Titling Trust, and to make, execute and deliver contracts and other instruments and documents in the name and on behalf of the Titling Trust, subject to and in accordance with this Titling Trust Agreement.
