General Mining Plans. Prior to beginning mining operations on the demised premises, Lessee shall submit to Lessor a general plan for the mining operations to be conducted upon the demised premises. These plan(s) will be the same as contained in the permits as submitted to the regulatory agencies for the mining area. Such plans shall be from time to time updated as the mining circumstances warrant and/or as directed by any regulatory agency and a copy of such changes will be forwarded to Lessor.
