General Notice to Contractor. City requires Contractor and its Subcontractors to comply with all applicable requirements of the California Labor Code including but not limited to Labor Code Sections 1720 through 1861, and all applicable related regulations, including but not limited to Subchapter 3, Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations Section 16000 et seq., as amended from time to time. Additional information regarding public works and prevailing wage requirements is available on the DIR website (see e.g. xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx) as amended from time to time.
