GENERAL OBLIGATION TO PROPERLY IMPLEMENT THE ACTION. 7.1 General obligation to properly implement the action The beneficiaries must implement the action as described in Annex 1 and in compliance with the provisions of the Agreement and all legal obligations under applicable EU, international and national law.
