General Operation of the Stadium Complex. Subject to the Stadium Security Agreement and the terms and conditions of this 2013 Stadium Lease, including, but not limited to, Section 10.1 of this 2013 Stadium Lease, the Bills shall have the exclusive right, power, authority and obligation to direct all aspects of the operation, repair, maintenance, management and control of the Stadium Complex at all times during the Term acting on its own behalf and not as an agent of either the County or the ECSC, and the Bills shall have such discretion in the operation, repair, maintenance, management and control of the Stadium Complex as may be needed to perform efficiently its responsibilities under this 2013 Stadium Lease. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and without limiting the County’s, the ECSC’s and the Bills’ respective rights and obligations set forth elsewhere in this 2013 Stadium Lease, during the Term, the Bills shall perform the following:

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Max-Tel access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Max-Tel ’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • GENERAL OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 12.1 Interference or damage to Distributor's Equipment by Customers: The Trader must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Customer Agreements a requirement that, during the term of the Customer Agreement and until the end of the period ending on the earlier of 6 months after the termination of the Customer Agreement or the date on which a new Customer Agreement is entered into in respect of the relevant ICP, the Customer must not interfere with or damage, and must ensure that its agents and invitees do not interfere with or damage, the Distributor's Equipment without the prior written consent of the Distributor (except to the extent that emergency action has to be taken to protect the health or safety of persons or to prevent damage to property).

  • Commercial Operation (i) On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. Demonstrating commercial operation includes achieving Initial Operation in accordance with Section 1.4 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and making commercial sales or use of energy, as well as, if applicable, obtaining capacity qualification in accordance with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.
