General Partner Transfers Restricted. (a) The General Partner shall not voluntarily withdraw from the Partnership or take any action described in item (B), (C) or (D) of the definition of “Bankruptcy” in Section 1.04, or Assign any of its Units, or dissolve or liquidate, except as provided in subsection (b) or (c) or as otherwise permitted by this Agreement.
