General Partner’s Interests. Each Series A GP Interest of CCIP/2 outstanding immediately prior to consummation of the Merger shall remain outstanding and unchanged, with all of the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
General Partner’s Interests. Each general partner interest of CCP IV outstanding immediately prior to consummation of the Merger shall remain outstanding and unchanged, with all of the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
