Series A definition

Series A or “Series A Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series A Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series A Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series A Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.
Series A or “Series A Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued under the Trust Indenture and designated as “Series A” thereunder, in the Original Amount and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Trust Indenture under the heading “Series A.”
Series A means the Corporation’s 5.500% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A.

Examples of Series A in a sentence

  • Dividends paid on the shares of Series A Preferred Stock in an amount less than the total amount of such dividends at the time accrued and payable on such shares shall be allocated pro rata on a share-by-share basis among all such shares at the time outstanding.
