Common use of GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO CONSTRUCTION. All construction work required or permitted by this Lease, whether performed by Landlord or by Tenant, shall be done in a good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, codes and orders of any governmental authority. Either party may inspect the work of the other at reasonable times and shall give notice of observed defects.

GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO CONSTRUCTION. All construction work required or permitted by this Lease, whether performed Lease by Tenant and Landlord or by Tenant, (including the Approved Contractor) shall be done in a good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, laws and all ordinances, regulations, codes regulations and orders of any governmental authority. Either party Landlord and Tenant may each inspect the work of the other at reasonable times and shall give notice of observed defects.

All construction work required or permitted by this Lease, whether performed by Landlord or by Tenant, shall be done by Tenant in a good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, laws and all lawful ordinances, regulations, codes regulations and orders of any governmental authorityauthority and insurers of the Building and the Lot (provided that Landlord shall be responsible for such compliance with respect to the Building, other than the Premises). Either party Landlord may inspect the work of the other Tenant at reasonable times and shall give notice of observed defects.

Tenant shall comply at all times with the construction rules and regulations reasonably promulgated by Landlord from time to time.

All construction work required or permitted by this Lease, whether performed by Landlord or by Tenant, Lease shall be done in a good and workmanlike manner with new first class materials and in compliance with all applicable laws, laws and all lawful ordinances, regulations, codes regulations and orders of any governmental authorityauthorities and insurers of the Building. Either Each party may inspect the tile work of the other at reasonable times and shall promptly give notice of observed defects.

GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO CONSTRUCTION. All construction work required or permitted by this Lease, whether performed by Landlord or by Tenant, shall be done in a good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, laws and all lawful ordinances, regulations, codes regulations and orders of any governmental authorityauthority and insurers of the Building. GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO CONSTRUCTION. All construction work required or permitted by this Lease, whether performed by Landlord or by Tenant, shall be done in a good and workmanlike manner using new, first quality materials (except that Tenant's Work may include previously utilized materials designated by Tenant from Tenant's prior facilities) and in compliance with all applicable laws, laws and all lawful ordinances, regulations, codes regulations and orders of any governmental authorityauthority and insurers of the Building. Either party may inspect the work of the other at reasonable times and shall give notice of observed defects.
