General Provisions Concerning the Collateral Agent. The provisions of the Collateral Agency Agreement with respect to the Collateral Agent shall inure to the benefit of the Collateral Agent and shall be binding on each Grantor and each Secured Party with full force and effect as though stated in this Agreement in their entirety.
