Delta Dental may use the services of a TPA, duly registered under applicable state law, to provide services under this Contract. Any TPA providing such services or receiving such information will enter into a separate business associate agreement with Delta Dental providing that the TPA will meet HIPAA and HITECH requirements for the preservation of protected health information of Enrollees.
