The provisions of this Consortium Agreement relating to liability, confidentiality, intellectual property rights and publications shall survive the term or termination of this Consortium Agreement for any reason whatsoever to the extent needed to enable the Contractors to pursue the rights and remedies provided for therein. For the avoidance of doubt, termination or withdrawal shall not affect any rights or obligations incurred prior to the date of the termination.
