General Release Agreement. As contemplated by the Executive Severance Agreement, as a condition to the receipt of the Severance Benefits, Executive must first execute and deliver to the Company (and, if applicable, not revoke) the General Release Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Release”), which Release will constitute a part of this Separation Agreement.
