Common use of General Release and Absence of Breach Clause in Contracts

General Release and Absence of Breach. Executive shall not be entitled to receive any payments, benefits or other compensation under this Section 4 unless and until Executive has executed and delivered to IH the General Release substantially in form and substance as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, and then only for so long as Executive has not revoked or breached the provisions of the General Release or breached the provisions of Sections 5, 6 and 7 hereof or breached the provisions of any other agreement between Executive and IH or any of its Affiliates and does not apply for unemployment compensation chargeable to IH during the Severance Period.
