GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. This General Release of Claims Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is made by and between Temple-Inland Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, XX (hereinafter referred to as "Employee") and is effective as of the date of Employee’s signature below.
