General Requirements for Assignments. In addition to the other rights provided in this Section 10.6, each Lender may assign all or a portion of any one or more of its Loans to any Person who, after giving effect to such assignment or participation, would be an Affiliated Lender (without the consent of any Person but subject to acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent (which acknowledgement shall be provided promptly after request therefor)) (each, an "Affiliated Lender Assignment"); provided that:
