Compliance with Terms of Leaseholds. Make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all leases of real property to which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, keep such leases in full force and effect and not allow such leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such leases to be forfeited or cancelled, notify the Administrative Agent of any default by any party with respect to such leases and cooperate with the Administrative Agent in all respects to cure any such default, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to do so, except, in any case, where the failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, could not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Except as otherwise expressly permitted hereunder, make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all Leases of real property to which any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, keep such Leases in full force and effect and not allow such Leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such leases to be forfeited or cancelled, notify the Administrative Agent of any default by any party with respect to such Leases and cooperate with the Administrative Agent in all respects to cure any such default, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to do so, except, in any case, where the failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, could not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Except as otherwise expressly permitted hereunder, (a) make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all Leases to which any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, keep such Leases in full force and effect (b) not allow such Leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such Leases to be forfeited or cancelled except in the ordinary course of business, consistent with past practices, (c) notify the Agent of any default by any party with respect to such Leases and cooperate with the Agent in all respects to cure any such default, and (d) cause each of its Subsidiaries to do the foregoing, except, in any case, where the failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, could not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all leases of real and personal property to which any Loan Party or any of their respective Subsidiaries is a party, keep such leases in full force and effect and not allow such leases to lapse or be terminated (except at the end of the contractual term of such leases) or any rights to renew such leases to be forfeited or cancelled unless such Loan Party determines in its reasonable business judgment that it does not require such lease to be renewed, notify the Administrative Agent of any default by any party with respect to such leases and cooperate with the Administrative Agent in all respects to cure any such default, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to do so, except, in any case, where the failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, could not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all leases of real property to which the Borrowers or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, keep such leases in full force and effect and not allow such leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such leases to be forfeited or cancelled, except, if in the reasonable business judgment of such Borrower or Subsidiary it is in its best economic interest not to maintain such lease or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation and such failure to maintain such lease or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation is not in respect of a Qualifying Ground Lease for an Unencumbered Asset and is not otherwise reasonably likely to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all leases of real property to which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, keep such leases in full force and effect and not allow such leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such leases to be forfeited or cancelled, except, in the case of Subsidiaries of the Borrower only, if in the reasonably business judgment of such Subsidiary it is in its best economic interest not to maintain such lease or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation and such failure to maintain such lease or prevent such lapse, termination, forfeiture or cancellation is not in respect of a Qualifying Ground Lease for an Unencumbered Asset and is not otherwise reasonably likely to result in a Material Adverse Effect, notify the Administrative Agent of any default by any party with respect to such leases and cooperate with the Administrative Agent in all respects to cure any such default, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to do so.
