General requirements – Parties. To the extent relevant to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, each Party must observe and comply with: (a) all applicable Laws; (b) the lawful requirements of relevant Authorities; and (c) to the extent applicable to that Party: (i) the terms of the Access Undertaking (as amended by any Change in Access Undertaking); and (ii) the IRMP (subject to, in the Access Holder’s case, receipt of the IRMP from Aurizon Network in accordance with clause 4.3(f)(ii)).
