General Rescheduling. Management will review all master schedules annually. After which, a general rescheduling of work shifts may be undertaken. Notice of the intent to undertake a general rescheduling and all pertinent information shall be communicated to the union as far in advance as practicable, but in no case less than thirty (30) days, except under emergency conditions. 1) All work shifts changed by management to meet operational needs shall be subject to bid.
