General Rules for Using SMS Banking. 13.2.1. The client has the opportunity to use SMS banking after registering as a user of the mentioned service. In addition, the client, who applies to the bank to perform the transaction and/or receive services, and/or uses the relevant service(s), automatically activates the SMS banking service. To do it, it is necessary to register the client's phone number in the bank's software. To cancel this service or change mobile phone number, one must perform one of the following actions: 13.2.1.1. Visit to the bank service center; 13.2.1.2. Call the bank's call center; 13.2.1.3. Sending a message to the bank via the bank's remote service channel (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking) from the designated personal settings page. 13.2.2. SMS banking service is provided by the phone number specified by the client. 13.2.3. The Bank and the Client acknowledge and confirm the fact that the information received through SMS Banking and the transactions performed have the same legal force as a paper document certified by the person authorized to manage the account and receive the information. 13.2.4. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement apply to the execution of transactions and receipt of services(s) via SMS Banking, subject to the exceptions set forth in this Article. 13.2.5. The terms and conditions set forth in this Article apply to absolutely all of the Client's bank accounts. When the client opens a new account in the bank, the SMS banking service will be provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In this case, no new agreement will be signed between the Bank and the Client and the terms of this Agreement will apply to the new account. 13.2.6. The Client agrees and authorizes the Bank to provide the necessary information (including the Client's personal data) for the purposes of providing SMS Banking services, to the telecommunication (mobile) operator(s) contracted with the Bank, who in turn undertake to protect the privacy of the information provided by the Bank. 13.2.7. Responsibility for the results of transactions/information provided by the Bank through SMS banking lies with the Client.
