General Statement of Method of Payment. The method of payment for this agreement is fixed rate for services. The vendor shall ensure fixed rates for services include only those costs that are in accordance with all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations and are based on audited historical costs in instances where an independent audit is required. The vendor shall submit all requests for payment.
