Common use of General Tax and Arbitrage Representations and Covenants Clause in Contracts

General Tax and Arbitrage Representations and Covenants. (i) The certifications and representations made by the Lessee in this Lease are intended, among other purposes, to be a certificate permitted in Section 1.148-2(b) of the Treasury Regulations promulgated pursuant to Section 148 of the Code (the "Regulations"), to establish the reasonable expectations of the Lessee at the time of the execution of this Lease made on the basis of the facts, estimates and circumstances in existence on the date hereof. The Lessee further certifies and covenants as follows:
