Lessee Will Keep Records of and Will Rebate Arbitrage. The Lessee does not qualify for the small issuer Rebate Exemption described above, and the Lessee hereby certifies and covenants that it will account for, keep the appropriate records of, and pay to the United States, the rebate amount, if any, earned from the investment of gross proceeds of this Lease and the Advances to be made hereunder, at the times, in the amounts, and in the manner prescribed in Section 148(f) of the Code and the applicable Regulations promulgated with respect thereto.
