GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. 1. The work shall be carried out completely in the neat manner & all the installation shall meet the requirement of the latest amendment/revision of the Indian Electricity Rules and other statutory regulations viz U.P. State construction & labor laws as applicable to BHU as far as safety, earthing etc. are concerned.
