GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. 1. The execution of the work may entail working in all the site and weather condition and no extra rate will be considered on this account. The contractor may have to carry out the jobs to work round the clock as per our requirement to be decided by Engineer in-charge and the Contractor should take this aspect into consideration for formulating his rates and quotation. No extra claim / overtime will be paid on this account.
