General Use and Disclosure Provisions. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose Protected Health Information on behalf of, or to provide services to, K/T AAA, if such use or disclosure of Protected Health Information would not violate the Privacy Rule if done by K/T AAA or the minimum necessary policies and procedures of the K/T AAA.

General Use and Disclosure Provisions. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose Protected Health Information to perform functions, activities, or services for, or on behalf of, or Covered Entity pursuant to provide services tothe underlying service agreement between the parties, K/T AAA, if provided that such use or disclosure of Protected Health Information would not violate the Privacy Rule Regulations if done by K/T AAA Covered Entity or the minimum necessary policies and procedures of the K/T AAACovered Entity.
