Common use of General Use Clause in Contracts

General Use. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose Protected Health Information on behalf of or to provide services to Hybrid Entity for the following purposes, if such use or disclosure of Protected Health Information would not violate the Privacy Rule if done by Hybrid Entity or the minimum necessary policies and procedures of the Hybrid Entity: [List permitted purposes] In performing such services, Business Associate will comply with all Privacy Rule requirements that would apply to Hybrid Entity if Hybrid Entity were performing such services.
