Illegal Use. Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.
Illegal Use. You may use your FAIRWINDS Credit Union Credit Card for any transaction permitted by law. You may not use your Card for any gambling purposes, either legal or illegal. You agree that illegal use and/or use in gambling activities of this Card will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and such service and/or other related services may be terminated at our discretion. You further agree, should illegal use occur, to waive the right to sue us for such illegal activity directly or indirectly related to it. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any suits or other legal action or liability, directly or indirectly, resulting from such use.
Illegal Use. You must not use or allow another person to use a Service to transmit, receive or publish any material that is defamatory towards any person, or in breach of copyright, any obligations of confidentiality or otherwise in breach of any Law. If you breach this clause, we may suspend or cancel the Service in accordance with Clause 15.4(f). You will indemnify us against any Claim that we suffer as a result of your use of the Service to commit an offence or otherwise breach this Clause 12.4.

Illegal Use. The Service Provider network may only be used for lawful purposes. For example, users may not use the Service Provider network to create, transmit, distribute, or store content that:
6.1 violates a trademark, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others,
6.2 violates export control laws or regulations,
6.3 violates the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others,
Illegal Use. Using the Services to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise) that, intentionally or unintentionally, violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder.
Illegal Use. You agree not to use and will not permit anyone else to use the Card unlawfully or for any illegal purpose, activity, or transaction.
Illegal Use. You understand and agree that “electronic fund transfer” services, including but not limited to use of a Card, may not be used for any illegal transaction. You further understand and agree that illegal use of an “electronic fund transfer” service will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract, and as a result your account and other related services may be terminated at the discretion of the Credit Union. You further agree, should illegal use occur, to waive any right to sue the Credit Union for such illegal use or any activity directly or indirectly related to it, and, additionally, to indemnify and hold the Credit Union harmless from any suits or other legal action or liability directly or indirectly resulting from such illegal use. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which a member is located, including the United States and elsewhere. Display of a payment card logo by an online merchant does not mean that Internet gambling transactions are legal in the jurisdiction in which the member is located. The Credit Union may decline to authorize any transaction the Credit Union believes poses an undue risk of illegality or unlawfulness. The Credit Union will immediately report and comply fully with law enforcement agencies seeking to investigate illegal use of a Credit Union Card or other “electronic fund transfer” service.
Illegal Use. 1.1 The Company’s services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. It should be noted that unlawful purposes includes civil as well as criminal law and that the applicable law may be any legal jurisdiction that a signal crosses.
Illegal Use. You must not use or allow another person to use a Service to commit an offence.
