General Wage Increase Clause Samples

General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 2007, a general wage increase consisting of 2% was added to each grade and step of the pay plan(s) affecting the bargaining unit employees. Effective July 1, 2008, a general wage increase consisting of 2% will be added to each grade and step of the pay plan(s) affecting the bargaining unit employees.

General Wage Increase. A general wage increase of thirty (30) cents per hour for all employees will be granted effective October 16, 1998. The increase will be applied to the previous quarterly average and paid effective November 1, 1998. All base rates, all hourly rates and all labor grades will be increased to reflect the increase.

General Wage Increase. Effective and retroactive to July 1, 2021 and upon legislative approval, the base annual salary shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%) for P-5 employees who are active employees in the bargaining unit on the date of legislative ratification. Effective with the pay period that includes July 1, 2022, the base annual salary for all P-5 employees shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%). The increase shall apply to all P-5 employees who are active employees in the bargaining unit on July 1, 2022. Effective with the pay period that includes July 1, 2023, the base annual salary for all P-5 employees shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%). The increase shall apply to all P-5 employees who are active employees in the bargaining unit on July 1, 2023. Wage reopener for 2024-2025 (for effective date July 1, 2024). Either party, by a notice in writing no sooner than January 1, 2024, may reopen Article 24 (Compensation), Section 1 (General Wage Increase) and Section 2(a) (Annual Increments). All other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be subject to the reopener.

General Wage Increase. (a) (i) Effective May 1, 2011, employees shall receive a general increase of one percent (1%).

General Wage Increase. 25:01 The Employer and the Union have agreed that: (1) Effective April 1st, 2019, a one point seven (1.7%) percent General Wage Increase be applied to those rates shown on Schedule “A” as in effect on March 31st, 2019. 25:01 (2) Effective April 1st, 2020, a one point seven (1.7%) percent General Wage Increase be applied to those rates shown on Schedule “A” as in effect on March 31st, 2020.
