General Warranty. Contractor warrants that the Project, including all equipment and work to be provided, will conform to all specifications which are part of the Contract Documents, will be free of defects in workmanship or material, and will be designed for the purposes stated in the Contract Documents for a Base Warranty Period of one (1) year commencing from the date of the fully executed Certificate of Contract Completion.
