Common use of GENERATOR CHARGES Clause in Contracts

GENERATOR CHARGES. Rs 29500 /- (Rupees Twenty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Only) (25000 + GST 4500) towards Generator Charges. The Promoter herein clarifies that though the capacity of the generator shall be capable of backing the Building/Project, the aforesaid Generator Charges shall include power back up for duration of 2 hours per day and the cost of the power back up for the duration exceeding the said 2 hours per day shall be proportionately paid by the Allottee/s.
