Common use of GENERATOR CHARGES Clause in Contracts

GENERATOR CHARGES. Rs. 85000 /- towards Generator Charges The Promoter herein clarifies that though the capacity of the generator shall be capable of backing the said CLOVER VILLA, the aforesaid Maintenance Fee shall include power back up for duration of 2 hours per day and the cost of the power back up for the duration exceeding the said 2 hours per days shall be proportionately paid by the Allottee.
