Common use of GENRAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT Clause in Contracts

GENRAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT. (i) Subject to clause 11 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition andshall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may bein violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions tothe Unit, and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable condition and repairand maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support,shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

(i) Subject 16.1Subject to clause 11 Clause 12 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition andshall and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may bein be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions tothe to the Unit, and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable condition and repairand repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support,, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

(i) 23.1 Subject to clause 11 aboveprovisions of this Agreement, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition andshall and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may bein be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions tothe to the Unit, and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable condition and repairand repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support,, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

(i) 16.1 Subject to clause 11 Clause 13 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition andshall and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may bein be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions tothe to the Unit, and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable condition and repairand repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support,, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.
