Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. The Interconnection Customer will comply with all applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff, including the LGIP.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. The Parties will comply with all applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff. This Agreement shall be subject to the CAISO Tariff which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. This Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the CAISO Tariff which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein, as the same may be changed or superseded from time to time. The Parties agree that they will comply with the provisions of Section 10 and all other applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff and the applicable Business Practice Manual implementing Section 10 of the CAISO Tariff.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. This Agreement shall be subject to Section 29 of the CAISO Tariff which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein. The EIM Entity shall abide by, and will perform, all of the obligations of EIM Entities under the CAISO Tariff.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. This Agreement shall be subject to Section 33 of the CAISO Tariff and all other provisions of the CAISO Tariff applicable to an EDAM Entity.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. The Parties will comply with all applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff except as expressly provided in Sections 4.2.1 through 4.2.5 of this Agreement.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. The Parties will comply with all applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff, including Sections 4.5.4.3 and 8.4.5 and the Dynamic Scheduling Protocol in Appendix M. This Agreement shall be subject to the CAISO Tariff, which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Parties agree that they will comply with Section 4.11 of the CAISO Tariff, and any other applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff specifically referenced in this Operating Agreement. This Operating Agreement shall be subject to such provisions of the CAISO Tariff, which shall be deemed to be incorporated to the extent referenced herein, as the same may be changed or superseded from time to time pursuant to Section 15 of the CAISO Tariff. Nothing in this Operating Agreement shall affect in any way the authority of the CAISO to unilaterally make application to FERC for a change in the CAISO Tariff under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act, nor shall anything in this Operating Agreement affect the right of either Party to file a complaint under Section 206 of the Federal Power Act regarding the CAISO Tariff.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. The Approved Project Sponsor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff.
Agreement Subject to XXXXX Xxxxxx. The Parties will comply with all applicable provisions of CAISO Tariff. This Agreement shall be subject to the CAISO Tariff, which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein; provided, however, DWR does not consent to any expansion or alteration of obligations of DWR to provide Participating Load Services to the CAISO solely by amendment to the CAISO Tariff. The Parties may expand or alter the obligations of DWR to provide Participating Load Services to the CAISO only as provided in Section 11.8 of this Agreement. In the event the CAISO Tariff is amended to be inconsistent with this Agreement with respect to Participating Load Services and the Parties are unable to resolve the inconsistency by amendment to this Agreement or the CAISO is unsuccessful in filing an unexecuted amendment to this Agreement as permitted under Section 11.8 of this Agreement, then either Party may provide notice of termination in accordance with Section 3.2 of this Agreement as though the other Party had committed a default.
