Student Agreement The acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Charter School network and the Internet are described in this “Student Acceptable Use Agreement." By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to abide by the provisions of the attached Student Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse can come in many forms but can be viewed as any messages sent or received that indicate or suggest pornography, unethical or illegal solicitation, racism, sexism, inappropriate language, and other issues described under the unacceptable uses in this Acceptable Use Policy. I realize that all the rules of conduct described in this Charter School Acceptable Use Policy, procedures, and handbooks apply when I am using the Charter School network. Legal Agreement This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the LICENSEE using the Cryptovision Software and Cryptovision. By using the Cryptovision Software LICENSEE agrees to be bound the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If LICENSEE does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, it may not use the Cryptovision Software and, if applicable, it must return the entire unused package to the reseller together with the receipt for a refund. The Software may include or be bundled with other software programs licensed under different terms and/or licensed by a licensor other than Cryptovision. Use of any software programs accompanied by a separate license agreement is governed by that separate license agreement. Cryptovision is not responsible for LICENSEE’s use of any third party software and shall have no liability for the use of third party software

Complete Agreement; Amendment This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements in regard thereto. This Agreement cannot be modified except by an agreement in writing signed by both parties and specifically referring to this Agreement.
Full Agreement The Contract Documents supersede all prior negotiations, discussion, statements, and agreements between Owner and Contractor and constitute the full, complete, and entire agreement between Owner and Contractor. There can be no changes to this Contract by oral means, nor by course of conduct of the parties, nor by custom of the trade. No changes to this Contract will be binding on either party hereto unless such change is properly authorized, in writing, in accordance with Section 3, Part 2 of the General Conditions.
No Strike Agreement Neither the PBA nor any of its officers or agents, nor members covered by this Agreement, nor any other employees covered by this Agreement, will instigate, promote, sponsor, or engage in any prohibited activities as defined in section 447.203(6), F.S.

Arrangement Agreement This Plan of Arrangement is made pursuant to, and is subject to the provisions of, the Arrangement Agreement, except in respect of the sequence of the steps comprising the Arrangement, which shall occur in the order set forth herein.
Sole Agreement This Agreement constitutes the sole and only agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral agreements respecting the Agreement’s subject matter.
WHOLE AGREEMENT The General Provisions, Special Provisions, and Attachments, as provided herein, constitute the complete Agreement (“Agreement”) between the parties hereto, and supersede any and all oral and written agreements between the parties relating to matters herein. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement cannot be modified without written consent of the parties.
