Student Agreement. It is important that I work to the best of my ability. Therefore, I shall strive to do the following:
Student Agreement. As a user of the School’s technology resources, I understand and agree to comply with the netiquette and appropriate use guidelines outlined in the Acceptable Use Policy for Students.
Student Agreement. I have read, understand and agree to abide by the Xxxxxxxx City School District Chromebook Policies and Procedures located in the Student Handbook. Should I commit any violation or in any way misuse my Chromebook, I understand and agree that my Chromebook may be revoked and disciplinary action may be taken against me. If I am under the age of 18, I understand that when I turn 18, this Agreement will continue to be in effect and I agree to abide by this Agreement.

If the Student is under 18 years of age, the Parent or Guardian agrees to make payment of all charges. The Student agrees that failure to satisfy the financial obligations accrued under this agreement may result in the withholding of grade transcripts and/or permission to re-enroll pursuant to Missouri S&T rules and regulations governing the imposition of these sanctions. The Student agrees that this agreement is FOR THE ENTIRE ACADEMIC YEAR or, if agreement is for accommodations after the beginning of the academic year, for that part of the academic year remaining after the effective date of assignment to accommodations. The Student agrees this agreement cannot be cancelled either before or during the academic year except under the terms set forth in the Cancellation and Termination section of this document. The Student agrees to bear and assume the risk of loss with regard to all personal property which is kept or maintained on or within University housing or on University premises. Student is advised that the University does not purchase property insurance covering any loss of, or damage to, the Student’s personal property, and Missouri S&T assumes no responsibility for the payment of any such loss. The Student shall reimburse the University for all damages to the structure in which he/she is housed and all damage to, or loss of, any University fixtures, furnishings or properties furnished under this agreement caused by any negligence on the Student’s part.
Student Agreement. I understand that the Internet is to be used only for schoolwork as directed by my teachers and the library staff. I further understand that any inappropriate use of the Internet will result in the loss of my computer privileges, as well as other disciplinary action. I agree to abide by the Pasco School District's Acceptable Use Policy, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Student Agreement. ● I understand that incomplete or missing assignments, lack of academic progress, or missed class or student-teacher appointments may result in an evaluation to determine if I should remain enrolled in the SVUSD Virtual Academy. ● I agree to attend scheduled class meetings and meet with my teacher(s) as scheduled. ● I agree to keep my camera on during online classes, teacher meetings, and class breakouts. ● I agree to communicate with my teachers on a regular basis in an appropriate and courteous manner. ● I agree to participate in all state mandated testing (SBAC, Physical Fitness Test). ● I agree to adhere to the SVUSD academic honesty guidelines, dress code, and behavior expectations.
Student Agreement. I understand that access to the Internet from Tupton Hall School must be in support of educational research or learning, and I agree to the following: • I will refrain from accessing instant messaging, blogs, social media, web pages or other areas of cyberspace that would be considered offensive in the judgement of the school’s Headteacher (or delegate) because of pornographic, racist, violent, illegal, illicit or other content. • I will not use chat rooms unless as part of a teacher-led educational project. • I will not knowingly allow links, websites or messages of an offensive or dangerous nature into school. • I will not use valuable Internet time playing non-educational games. • The school has effective web content filtering, but not all offensive material will automatically detected. I will not try to cheat the filtering system, and search for information of an offensive nature. • I will be courteous and use appropriate language. I will refrain from using obscene, harassing or abusive language and will report any cases of such usage against me to my teacher or the Senior Leadership Team. • I accept responsibility to keep copyrighted material from entering the school. Therefore, I will not download software, games, music, graphics, videos or text materials that are copyrighted. I will not violate any copyright laws by posting or distributing copyrighted materials. • Plagiarism is unacceptable. Therefore, I will use any downloaded material in an appropriate manner in assignments, listing its source in a bibliography and clearly specifying any directly quoted material. • I will not reveal personal information, including names, addresses, credit card details and telephone numbers of others or myself. • I will not damage computers, computer systems or networks. Furthermore, if I discover any methods of causing such damage I will report them to the Senior Leadership Team and I will not demonstrate them to others. • I will not attempt to change any computer, monitor or software settings on any school computers. • I will abide by the current sign-on procedures for access to the computer network, respect other students' work and not attempt to access other people’s work on the network by using either aliases or passwords that are not mine. • The entire network is protected by anti-virus software.
