The Student agrees to bear and assume the risk of loss with regard to all personal property which is kept or maintained on or within University housing or on University premises. Student is advised that the University does not purchase property insurance covering any loss of, or damage to, the Student’s personal property, and Missouri S&T assumes no responsibility for the payment of any such loss. The Student shall reimburse the University for all damages to the structure in which he/she is housed and all damage to, or loss of, any University fixtures, furnishings or properties furnished under this agreement caused by any negligence on the Student’s part.

Student Agreement. As a user of the Nine Mile Falls School District computer network, I agree to follow all the rules of computer and Internet use as stated in the attached Telecommunication Acceptable Use Procedures. I agree to use the Nine Mile Falls School District computer network in a responsible manner, following all relevant laws and re- strictions. Student first names with last initial and/or pictures may be used with an activity that is being showcased or to acknowledge a student’s special effort. To gain access to the Internet, all students under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian permission. Community members, staff, and students over the age 18 may sign their own forms. While the district’s intent is to make Internet access available to further educational goals in a safe en- vironment through local monitoring, blocking offensive material and adult supervision, it is still con- ceivable that one could gain access to non-educational data. The district has purchased an Internet fil- tering service that blocks access to objectionable Internet sites such as those dealing with nudity, adult content, sex, violence, drug use, gambling, vulgar language, discrimination, enc...
