Common use of Geographic Diversity Clause in Contracts

Geographic Diversity. The proposed Substitution does not (I) cause the aggregate Allocated Loan Amounts to exceed (A) sixty percent (60%) of the Principal Amount with respect to Individual Properties located in Pennsylvania, (B) forty percent (40%) of the Principal Amount with respect to Individual Properties located in Ohio, and (C) eighty percent (80%) of the Principal Amount with respect to Individual Properties located in Massachusetts, or (II) cause the sum of (A) the aggregate Allocated Loan Amounts with respect to Individual Properties located in Ohio plus (B) the aggregate Allocated Loan Amounts with respect to Individual Properties located in Pennsylvania, to exceed ninety percent (90%) of the Principal Amount.
