Common use of Geographic Relevance Clause in Contracts

Geographic Relevance. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in this Agreement, this Section 4.2.4 shall set forth the Parties’ mutual rights and obligations with respect to Interconnection architecture from the Effective Date hereof through the termination of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between any of the terms of this Section 4.2.4 and any other provision of this Agreement, the terms of this Section 4.2.4 shall control.
