No There is no Mortgage Loan that was originated at any time during the period commencing on or after October 1, 2002 and before ending on March 7, 2003, with an initial balance equal to or less than $322,700, which is secured by property located in the State of Georgia. No ; there is no Mortgage Loan that was originated on or after March 7, 2003 which is a “High Cost Home Loanhigh cost home loan” as defined in under the Georgia Fair Lending Act, as amended.;
